Shea Lynn Baird (a.k.a. “Colon Girl”) is a Certified Colon Hydrotherapist, Food Allergy & Sensitivity Testing Consultant, and Raw Food Believer. She has been in private practice helping people cleanse since 1999 (the same year she discovered raw foods), and in the health field in general since 1989. She and her partner, Stephen, own Every Body Cleansing Studio in Santa Rosa, California, and their services include: Colon Hydrotherapy, the 10-Day Booty Boot Camp, Liver & Gall Bladder Flushing, Detox Foot Baths, Infrared Saunas, as well as Food Allergy & Sensitivity Testing (which can be done long-distance).

Shea has been a presenter at Raw Spirit Festival as well as at the Santa Rosa Raw Health Expo, has been featured on two episodes of the Renegade Health Show, is support staff for RawFu.com, a columnist for RawFu Magazine, and she is the organizer of the amazing live weekly speaker event Monday Night LIVE! @ Cafe Gratitude.

Monday Night LIVE! @ Cafe Gratitude was a series of 86 free, live, educational speaking events that took place between January 12th, 2009 and November 15th, 2010. All events took place at Café Gratitude’s Healdsburg location. The events featured presenters, authors, demos, films and panels primarily focusing on the raw food lifestyle, but also included health, spirituality and green living.

For the time being we have decided not to restart Monday Night LIVE! for 2011. We may come back to it later in the year, or even for 2012. In the meantime we will not be sending out weekly newsletters, but you can still sign up and get access to several of our favorite event videos and also be notified when/if we begin again. (If we start again, and you are on the newsletter list, you get weekly access to videos of the events.)
